1. Ordering & Delivery

By placing an order through Janani Groups, you agree to the following terms regarding our food delivery service:

  • All orders are subject to availability of ingredients and menu items
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order

Important: Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

2. Payments & Pricing

Our payment terms ensure transparency and fairness for all customers:

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash on delivery
  • Menu prices are subject to change without notice
  • For cash on delivery, exact change is appreciated

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Our policy on order cancellations and refunds:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placement without penalty
  • After 10 minutes, a cancellation fee may apply
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • No refunds will be given for delivered orders unless food quality issues are reported immediately

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our data practices include:

  • We collect only necessary information to process your orders
  • Payment details are encrypted and securely processed
  • We may contact you regarding your order or for feedback
  • We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes

5. Liability & Food Safety

Important information regarding food safety and our liability:

  • Customers with food allergies should inform us before ordering
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions if not informed in advance
  • Food should be consumed immediately after delivery for best quality
  • We follow all food safety regulations but cannot guarantee against rare incidents

Note: If you receive incorrect or unsatisfactory food, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery for resolution.
